Four Rowdies Externed from Hubballi-Dharwad

Hubballi-Dharwad: In a continued crackdown on criminal activity, the Hubballi-Dharwad police have externed four rowdy sheeters from the city limits. These individuals were deemed a threat to public safety due to their involvement in various criminal activities.

On Saturday, authorities externed the following individuals:

Mohammed Ali Hattiwale (30): Kasabapet police externed Hattiwale to Hassan city’s extension station limits. He has a history of involvement in riots, attempted murder, communal violence, obstructing public officials, theft, and threatening innocent people. A rowdy sheet was opened against him due to the numerous cases filed at various police stations.

Prithviraj alias Prithivi Peddanna Betapalli (24): A resident of Indira Nagar, Betapalli was externed by Kasabapet police to Chikkaballapur police station for six months. His criminal record includes theft, threatening behavior, involvement in financial disputes through intimidation, and extortion. He is also known for creating public disturbances by quarreling with local people.

Laxman @Lakya Gabbi Ballari (30): Residing in Shanti Nagar, Settlement area, Ballari was externed by Bendigeri police to Sindhanur police station limits in Raichur district for six months. Ballari has a history of violent crimes including murder, attempted murder, harassment of innocent people, and dacoity. A rowdy sheet was opened against him at Bendigeri station due to the multiple cases registered in various stations.

Fakirappa alias Prakash Basavaraj Halyal (29): A resident of Kolikeri, Halyal was externed by Dharwad Town police to Shivamogga police station limits for six months. His criminal activities include public indecency, assault, threats against civilians and police officers, and general rowdy behavior. A rowdy sheet was opened against him at the Town police station.

The police department has stated that these individuals continued their criminal activities despite being monitored. They have vowed to continue taking decisive action against rowdy elements and will not hesitate to extern them from the city to ensure public safety.
